The hapless tortoise walks into the path of Enid
Spoiler Alert. Stop reading if you haven't seen last night's episode of The Walking Dead.
Did anyone catch The Walking Dead: Season 6, Episode 2 – JSS? If you didn’t there is a flashback scene in which new character Enid happens upon a tortoise on the street, and Enid’s motto being Just Survive Somehow (JSS), sets upon the tortoise like a zombie and proceeds to devour it. Raw. She then pulls out the bones and spells JSS with them on the dirt as she continues to eat the reptile.
I thought it was a pretty gnarly scene as she picks the tortoise apart, getting all bloody in the process. I guess she didn’t care about the potential for contracting Salmonella considering she is already infected with the zombie virus. At any rate, do you recall any other episodes of the show in which a reptile played so prominently? Let us know in the comments.
