If you were to pick up a newspaper and look at the comics section, chances are you’ll find a bunch of cartoon depictions of people, cats and dogs. Illustrator Liz Climo, whose day job involves animating for a little show called “The Simpsons,” decided to change that. In her comic series (she also writes children’s books), bears serve spaghetti to fish and rabbits, dinosaurs spend time with their children, chickens hide Easter eggs and snakes are friends with rats. The snake is the best part of the series, as you can see by the images below.

Climo’s comic series has started to pick up steam on the Internet. Based on the drawings and the hilarious situations the characters are put in, we can see why.
