Q. Why am I getting this?
A. As a paid subscriber to Reptiles, you are entitled to access to the content in both the print and digital formats. We sent it to you based on your current email permission.

Q. Do I have to pay for it?
A. No, it is included in the cost of your subscription.

Q. How often will it come?
A. As often as your print edition – Monthly.

Q. Why is it coming later than my subscription copy?
A. Currently it requires a little extra time to create the digital edition. In the future you will likely receive it before you receive your print edition.

Q. How can I stop receiving the digital edition?
A. You can change your email preferences so that you no longer receive it by logging in to your online account on www.custmag.com/REP and clicking on Add/Change My Email Address, or by calling customer service (800) 876-9112.

Q. Can I give it to someone else?
A. No, digital editions are non-transferable.

Q. Can I buy a digital-only subscription?
A. You will be able to buy a digital-only subscription in a few months. Right now we only offer print + digital subscriptions. Please feel free to check back later to see if it’s available.

Q. Can I read older issues?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the older issues of the magazine at this time. You will, however, be able to access all the issues from this point forward.

Q. I'm a paid subscriber to the print edition. Why didn’t I get a digital edition?
A. We send digital editions based on email permissions. Perhaps you declined communications from us via email in the past. If you would like to update your permissions, please log on to your account at www.custmag.com/REP.

Q. Can I give you permission to send me just the digital edition?
A. Yes, but please note, if you grant us permission to email you the digital edition, then you also are allowing us to send you other emails regarding your subscription such as renewal notices. However, your digital edition emails will not be affected should you decide to decline emails from us about other products we publish, or emails we send on behalf of carefully selected third parties (your email address is never shared with these outside companies).

Q. How quickly can I begin receiving the digital edition?
A. Almost immediately. If you have added your email address or updated your permissions by logging in to your online account, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the latest issue. Going forward, we will email your link to you for each issue for the balance of your paid subscription.

Q. How can I sign up to receive the digital edition of your magazine?
A. By becoming a paid subscriber, providing your email address and granting us permission to send you emails about your subscription.

Q. Can I buy a single issue?
A. You will be able to buy single issues in a few months. Right now we only offer print + digital subscriptions. Please feel free to check back later to see if it’s available.

ACCESSING YOUR DIGITAL EDITION

Q. What products can I use to read the digital edition?
A. You can read the digital edition:

  • On your computer via your email account.
  • On your tablet: iPad (Apple), Kindle (Amazon), or Android (Google Play).
  • On your smart phone: iPhone (Apple) or Android (Google Play).

Q. Where can I go to download the apps?
A. iTunes for Apple devices; Amazon for Kindle devices; Google Play for Android devices.

Q. What's the name of the app?
A. It's the same as the magazine's title — Reptiles Magazine.

Q. How can I access my digital edition on the app?
A. Once you have received the link with your first edition, then you can go download the app onto your device. At this point the device will know that you are a subscriber, and you should be able to log-in and read your digital edition.

Q. I'm having trouble accessing my digital edition through the app. What should I do?
A. If you're using an Apple (IOS) device, then click on "About This App" and then click on "Feedback."
If you're using an Android device, then click on the menu button in the app, then click "Account," then click "Contact Us."

Q. Can I read my digital edition offline?
A. Yes, once you have installed the App and fully downloaded the issue you can read it offline. Any videos included in the app, however, will not work offline.

Q. Can I share my email link with other people?
A. We do not recommend subscribers sharing their personal subscriber ID. This also will affect your ability to read the content on multiple devices (computer, tablet, phone).

Q. When you are inside the magazine and you want to share an article with a friend, how many friends can you share the article with?
A. The ability to share content is unlimited.
