If you happen to go outside and look up, you might expect to see a few birds hanging out on the telephone wire. For residents of a neighborhood in Anglesey, Wales discovered something quite different: a snake. Police were called to the scene, and Sergeant Rob Taylor of the rural crime unit for North Wales Police posted pictures of the boa on his Twitter page.

He noted that the snake, which has not been named, made it all the way to the next house and halfway down the drainpipe before being captured and taken back to his owner, who was advised on how to keep the boa secure, according to itv.
