BREEDER COMMENTS: “Finally, after a long wait since hatching our first hypo-pastel pink-bellied side-necked turtle, this impressive turtle hatched out of a clutch of seven. Several of its siblings are also showing signs of the pink-pastel trait. Its shell is almost entirely pink, top and bottom. Its skin is also bright pink. Easily the nicest hypo we have ever produced, it’s still a bit small to sex, but it’s starting to look like a male and will make a fine centerpiece for a breeding project that can even include albinos.
